The 2027 Fly & Braai will be open to the public. However, active membership to AOPA Namibia, MICAN or LISAMA is highly encouraged.
If you would like to attend, but are not an active member of one of these organisations, you may join AOPA Namibia before arrival to Solitaire.

Member applications can also be submitted and 2027 calendar year dues can paid when you arrive at Solitaire.
The 2027 Solitaire Fly & Braai will be held at Solitaire Namibia (airfield identifier: FYSO) from Friday 28 May to Sunday 30 May, 2027.

This is an aviation community gathering for AOPA Namibia, MICAN, LISAMA, and Solitaire Flyers' Club members. Feel free to fly or drive to Solitaire to attend the event.
The registration fee for the 2027 Solitaire Fly & Braai is N$TBD per person in your party, payable before arrival to Solitaire.
Your registration fee covers your Saturday evening sundowner, Saturday evening braai plate, and a commemorative ball cap.

Solitaire Namibia has multiple shops and eateries that you can order meals or purchase food items from, including the:

Of course, if you're camping at one of Solitaire's Desert Camp camp sites, feel free to bring your own food, drinks and cooking supplies so you can prepare your own meals.
